BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Provisional Bookings
A provisional booking will be held for an agreed amount of time. After that time we reserve the right to offer the vacany to other guests.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure a booking.Deposits are 20% of the total booking value.Minimum deposit is £25. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
Cancellations
Cancellations received within four weeks of the start of your visit involve the payment of half fees.
Cancellations received within one week of the start of your visit involve the payment of full fees.
Cancellations received before four weeks of the start of your visit involve the loss of deposit.
Payments
Harepath Holidays should receive the full balance at least one week before the start of your stay (unless otherwise agreed). Payment can be made by BACS (ask for details) , debit/credit card over the phone, or by cheque- payable to ‘Harepath Holidays Ltd’
Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
Meal Times
Breakfast 8:30am. Other times by prior arrangement.
For catered groups meal times to be arranged in advance.
Rooms
Rooms will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. Other check-in / check-out times by prior arrangement only.
Peacehaven is a no-smoking establishment.
Dogs
We do sometimes allow well behaved dogs to accompany our guests while staying in our downstairs bedrooms. Please contact us to discuss availability and your dog requirements before booking.
There is a charge of £10 for the first night of your stay, plus £2 per night thereafter. We do ask for a £50 damages deposit to be paid which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damages have occured. Also, please enquire about the on-site dog grooming services to make your pooch feel pampered.
