Information we may collect from you
Making a booking with us, making an enquiry or booking the swimming pool will require you to provide your personal information including name, address, telephone number(s) and email address. When you make a payment, unless you use cash, you will be asked to provide financial information in the form of debit or credit card details.
When do we collect the information?
Information is collected by us from you when you email or call us to make an accommodation booking and when you text to book the swimming pool.
When you make a booking via our website you are using software run by eviivo, their privacy policy can be found at eviivo.

When you use our WiFi we do not collect any information from you but we use Untangle to provide this service. Their privacy policy can be found at Untangle

Information which we receive directly from you via emails, forms, letters and telphone calls will be stored securley on a password protected computer or in a locked filing cabinet.
The data that we collect from you regarding payments and bookings made via our booking software may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, amongst other things, the processing of your payment details .
