To book with us please either give us a call to discuss your requirements, send us an email or use the Booking Online <\/a>page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provisional Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A provisional booking will be held for an agreed amount of time. After that time we reserve the right to offer the vacany to other guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deposits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A deposit is required to secure a booking.Deposits are 20% of the total booking value.Minimum deposit is \u00a325. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations received within four weeks<\/strong> of the start of your visit involve the payment of half fees.
Cancellations received within one week<\/strong> of the start of your visit involve the payment of full fees.
Cancellations received before four weeks<\/strong> of the start of your visit involve the loss of deposit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harepath Holidays should receive the full balance at least one week before the start of your stay (unless otherwise agreed). Payment can be made by BACS (ask for details) , debit\/credit card over the phone, or by cheque- payable to ‘Harepath Holidays Ltd’<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holiday Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meal Times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast 8:30am. Other times by prior arrangement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For catered groups meal times to be arranged in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rooms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rooms will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. Other check-in \/ check-out times by prior arrangement only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peacehaven is a no-smoking establishment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do sometimes allow well behaved dogs to accompany our guests while staying in our downstairs bedrooms. Please contact us to discuss availability and your dog requirements before<\/strong> booking.
There is a charge of \u00a310 for the first night of your stay, plus \u00a32 per night thereafter. We do ask for a \u00a350 damages deposit to be paid which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damages have occured.
